I lost 3 pounds this week, now making me the smallest size I have been since 2005! I have not been this small in years! I did a 45 min walk at Planet Fitness Gym for 16,329 steps on my Fitbit Step counter last night. On track for the 10 k Steps a Day fitness plan listed on my profile. 2329 steps before 7pm 16329 steps by 12 AM 6.8 mile daily step total on 10/01/2014.
Also I took tests in my college night classes last week and got the grades back last night, and got B or better grades in all my classes. A good week? Heck yea!
