Fitness kick revisited, the brag time game.
I don’t think I am a million dollar supermodel or anything. However, humanity is a goal seeking animal, and some things work better compared to others. So I have to take the moment to play the brag game. 14502 was my Fitbit step count high for the week. On track for the Ten Thousand steps a day plan. Woot I lost ten pounds in the past few months! Fitbit works! Ten k steps a day, a great plan! Heaven knows I am not a super athletic type of person. The many steps a day plan is good because you can do many slowly on a low energy day. Worth a try, for sure.
